Amazon Operations Supervisor/Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's Amazon platform, and formulate product launch/promotion plans;
2. Responsible for the daily operation of a site account, store management and maintenance, including listing, advertising optimization, inventory management, customer service, etc.;
3. In-depth understanding of the product, analyze the market and competing products, refine product selling points, combine user pain points, and optimize the listing skillfully;
4. Analyze various data, make targeted operational decisions, and improve product sales and rankings;
5. Combine historical data to estimate future sales to ensure healthy inventory turnover;
6. Responsible for an Amazon site and have certain organizational and management capabilities;
7. Assist the superior to complete the sales target set by the team.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, CET-6 or above, proficient in reading and writing;
2. At least 2-3 years of Amazon operation experience, and at least one year of Amazon operation team leader/supervisor work experience;
3. Possess good market insight, data analysis ability and logical thinking ability, and a strong sense of planning and execution;
4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, do things carefully, proactively, have strong communication skills, good language skills, and be able to flexibly answer customer questions;
